Spring 2024! This year we are expanding the lavender side of the farm. We are still going to have our Sunflowers and Zinnias. Check out our “budding” flower farm in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley.
The Farm
Sapphire Farms began in 2020 with a dream of a beautiful lavender field on our 10-acre property. After enduring some hiccups with receiving lavender plants the first year, I decided to grow Sunflowers. In the late summer, early fall I decided to make bouquets in mason jars with pretty sunflower ribbon, and sell them with donating half the proceeds to the local volunteer fire department. It’s been a beautiful journey taking it one step at a time.

Sunflowers
We grow several different varieties of “branching” sunflowers. One of our favorites being the “Goldy Double,” similar to the Teddy Bear variety. Take a peak for yourself, and see why we love to grow sunflowers!
